1wni Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "1wni" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 1wni.net, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" means the 1wni website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, and features available to registered users.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 1wni account or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 1wni platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 1wni account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other promotional incentives credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 1wni before processing withdrawal requests.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency accepted on the 1wni platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission defined as prohibited under Section 9 of these Terms.

By registering an account on the 1wni platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is further confirmed by any of the following actions:

• Clicking the registration confirmation checkbox during account setup.
• Logging into the 1wni platform at any time after the date these Terms were last updated.
• Making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any promotional offer on the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by the 1wni Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

1wni reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on 1wni, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 1wni conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 1wni platform or under any applicable responsible gaming program.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

1wni reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one account only on the 1wni platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 9.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes but is not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party gains access to your account.
• Immediately notifying 1wni support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

1wni strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This adds a meaningful layer of security and reduces the risk of unauthorised access significantly.

1wni accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, and USDT.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The funds being deposited are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are the lawful owner of the payment instrument or wallet being used.
• You are depositing funds solely for the purpose of gaming entertainment on the 1wni platform.
• You are not using the 1wni platform as a mechanism for currency exchange, money transfer, or any financial purpose other than gaming.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the 1wni cashier section. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.

1wni does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. However, cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the depositing Player and are not reimbursed by 1wni.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed the 1wni KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as CNIC or passport) and proof of residential address.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where 1wni support has expressly approved an alternative method.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
• 1wni reserves the right to conduct additional security or source-of-funds checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by 1wni's risk management systems.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours of approval during operational hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically clear within thirty minutes to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

1wni reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

1wni offers a range of promotional incentives to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions such as PSL season specials. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times on eligible games before withdrawal).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, household, IP address, payment method, and device. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 1wni reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to accounts will be honoured subject to the relevant wagering requirements.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers — through collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other mechanism — will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

All games available on the 1wni platform — including live casino titles, slot games, sports betting markets, cricket betting, PSL wagering, fishing games, dice games, and any other game categories — are governed by these Terms and Conditions together with the specific rules applicable to each game or market.

The following general rules apply across all games on the 1wni platform:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game mechanics conducted by professional dealers. 1wni does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook and cricket betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant real-world sporting event. Any bets placed on a market after the event has concluded — whether due to a technical error or otherwise — will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-game basis and are displayed within the relevant game interface or market listing.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including platform downtime, disconnection, or software error — 1wni will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, bets in-play at the time of the failure will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance.
• Disputes arising from the outcome of a game must be submitted to 1wni support within seven days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1wni platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and may result in a report being filed with relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the 1wni platform under any circumstances.
• Identity fraud: Registering using false personal details, impersonating another individual, or submitting forged KYC documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform without 1wni's prior written consent.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other mechanism designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to 1wni.
• Money laundering: Using the 1wni platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or software vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be forfeited in full.

1wni is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly restricted to Players aged 21 and above. We take our obligations in respect of responsible gaming seriously and provide the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum PKR loss threshold over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further betting is disabled until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged into the platform for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cool-off period, your account will remain open but you will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from the 1wni platform. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in effect, it cannot be reversed. All marketing communications will cease immediately upon activation.

All content on the 1wni platform — including but not limited to the 1wni logo, brand name, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1wni or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1wni platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 1wni content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 1wni platform.
• Use the 1wni brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that suggests an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
• Create derivative works based on any 1wni content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 1wni intellectual property may result in legal action. 1wni actively monitors for misuse of its brand assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wni's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1wni shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service offered on it.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any technical failures caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device-level issues.

Nothing in this section shall limit 1wni's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 1wni account by submitting a written request to the 1wni support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms is pending investigation.

1wni reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 1wni.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with your account.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• A legal or regulatory requirement that prevents 1wni from continuing to provide services to you.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full at 1wni's discretion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1wni holds its international gaming license.

Any dispute arising between you and 1wni that cannot be resolved informally through the 1wni support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against 1wni.

Nothing in this section prevents 1wni from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, platform integrity, or player data.

1wni reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1wni will notify registered Players via email or via a notice displayed on the platform upon login.

Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the 1wni platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the amended Terms take effect.
